Maid For Hire POLICIES

 

Cancelations:

If you wish to re-schedule your cleaning appointment we need minimum 48 hours notice in order for us to  accommodate your request.

Our regular working schedule:

Our regular working schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. NO Weekends or Holidays.

However in case of an “emergency” – please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment for our services:

For your convenience we accept major credit cards ( PayPal ), cheques and cash.

Payment is due at time of the service.

If you do not intend to be at home at the time of your Maid For Hire Ltd. visit you may choose to either leave cash or a cheque on the kitchen counter the morning of your house cleaning.

If you choose to pay by credit card using PayPal we require payment to be sent the latest the morning of your scheduled cleaning services.

Access to your place:

If you choose you can provide us with the keys which will be “coded” and safe kept for your protection.

Or, choose a secret spot to place the keys and when we finish our services we will place it back.

Regarding Alarm system at your place:

In case your alarm system is SIMPLE to operate and you are comfortable to give us instructions of how to       operate it without your assistance, by all means, no problem.

However, if your alarm system is complicated to operate, then we appreciate the alarm to be OFF, if you are not available at the day and time of our services.

Damages to your place:

All our Professional Maids are bonded and insured, including $2,000.000.00 General Commercial Liability,         so relax – you are completely covered.

If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them.

A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want our maids to clean that area.

Maid For Hire Ltd. carries all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.

 

Due to Insurance and SAFETY regulations

We Can only stand on two (2) step ladder and not higher than that.

·We can not move furniture that are not on rollers / coasters or safe dividers for us not to damage any part of walls / floors / etc.

·We can not lift any objects in your home over 30 lbs.
