Q – Do I have to sign a contract?

A – Absolutely NOT.

Maid For Hire Ltd. provides services ONLY when you need them to suit you busy lifestyle and your budget.

 

Q – Are you insured?

A – YES.

All of our Professional Maids are Bonded and Insured.

We carry WSIB insurance – meaning if any worker has an accident while providing the service at your premises – they can not sue you personally for the injuries sustained at your place.

We also carry 2,000,000.00 General Commercial Liability Insurance for any damages caused by our cleaners for your protection and peace of mind.

 

Q – Do you work on Weekends or Holidays?

A – NO.

Our regular hours of operation are: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

In case of an emergency please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Q- Do I provide any cleaning materials or equipment?

A – NONE what so ever.

We provide all cleaning products and equipment.

We use ONLY 100% Natural Cleaning Products - NO chemicals, preservatives, fillers, synthetic fragrances, no artificial colors and NO toxins. Our cleaning products are totally safe for your children, your pets, your environment and you.

We use state of the art, top of the line commercial vacuums with True HEPA, sealed filtration system for the best results.

But if for what ever reasons you want us to use your own cleaning products or your equipment – please let us know and we will comply to your wishes accordingly.

 

Q – What do I have to do before you arrive for the service?

A – Nothing.

However if you can pick-up clothes, toys, things that are out of place – it will be appreciated, so we can concentrate on cleaning rather than on picking-up. Not to mention it will save you money.

 

Q – I have Pets. Is it OK with you?

A - Absolutely YES.

As pets lovers ourselves we pay special consideration to your faithful companion, to make sure that your pet is safe, comfortable and relaxed with the whole process of cleaning.


Q – How do you schedule your visits to my place to provide the service?

A – If you are a regular client in maintenance weekly or biweekly program we guarantee the same day of service each time.

If you are a new client – the service will be based in accordance to the team of providers’ route and of course the time needed to complete the service at your place.

 

Q – Do I have to be home while you provide the service?

A – No. You do not have.  It is your choice.

Most of our clients will either give us a keys prior the appointment which will be for security “coded” and kept in a safe. Or, they choose a spot to place keys for us to enter your home and we put it back at the same place after we finish our work. That way you can do whatever you have to do the day of service at your home without concerns about the cleaning service providers.

 

Q – Do you guarantee the service to me?

A – 100% at all times.

We have COMPLETE SATISFACTION Policy in place or we will clean again at no extra cost to you,  primarily because WE CARE and we love to see the smile on your face. We strive to please our clients to the best of our ability. If you contact us with your concerns within 24 hours of our cleaning we will work with you to resolve any problems you may have.

 

Q – When and How do I pay for the service?

A – We require payments for our services at the time when we finish our work.

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards ( PayPal), cheques and cash.

Please let us know if you have a saving coupon / voucher before we present the invoice.

 

Q – Will I always have the same cleaners?

A – We will do our very best at all times. However please realize that some times it may be impossible due to illness, vacation or termination of the particular employee.

 

Q – What is the cancelation of appointment policy?

A – We appreciate and require minimum 48 hours notice so we can reschedule the service.

 

Q – How do I get the cost of what I need to be done at my place?

A – We provide no obligation, free consultation at your place in order to give you most accurate cost of the service to satisfy your needs completely.

 

Q – Do you have gift certificates?

A – YES, we do. They are available any time and for any occasion.
